Jury finds 20-year-old woman died due to medical negligence, $2M awarded to family

A 20-year-old died from medical negligence at an Ohio hospital. The patient came in for tonsil surgery. About 36 hours later, the patient started bleeding. The surgeon had four to six minutes to find the airway and failed to do so. Lack of oxygen is what caused the patient's death.

A nearly 20-year-old Nevada law denies us our constitutional right by taking away our ability to settle issues in court free from government mandates when they are unfairly harmed.
