Patients sue hospital after being allegedly assaulted by nurse

A nurse in Colorado sexually assaulted patients and documented the abuse via cellphone videos and pictures. The detectives found four victims, one dating back to 2016. A colleague reported seeing the former nurse take a photo with a nearly naked patient.

We need to fight back by giving victims and their families the power to seek justice when they are hurt through negligence or putting profits ahead of lives. We believe that corporations, insurance companies, and pharmaceutical companies responsible must be put in check. The legislature must correct this by repealing the artificial cap on court cases involving negligence or death.
