Big corporations and other special interests are collecting signatures for this ballot initiative to try and force the creation of a law in Nevada that will destroy our constitutional right to access our civil justice system and hold wrongdoers accountable in cases involving death or life-altering injury. Oppose caps to contingency fees because those contingency fees allow regular, working Nevadans who couldn’t otherwise afford an attorney to get one.
